How Our Rental Works

To Make A Booking

Once your dates and price and have been agreed you will receive a confirmation email from us. At this point 25% of the rental price is to be paid with the balance payable two weeks prior to your arrival date. This is payable by debit card, credit card or PayPal.

Non return of keys will be charged at £50.


You are welcome to check in after 3pm on your arrival day.  You can gain entry via a key lock box or if you would like a representative to meet you for your arrival a 1 hour arrival time slot can be arranged.


Departure is 11am on day of departure– all extra hours stayed will be charged as an extra days rental and will be taken from your deposit.  If you would like a later check out please enquire

Use of our Apartments

No smoking in the apartment or building – A £150 fumigation and cleaning fee will be applied.

The number of people sleeping in the apartment is not to exceed the number agreed upon confirmation ie 2 people. No parties, loud music, gatherings or animals.

Please respect your neighbours.

Should you require assistance with non serviceable items in the apartment please contact us immediately via email and report the problem. If you require an emergency call out outside office hours (6pm – 9am call out) please call the number provided. Any costs incurred will be charged at cost plus a handling fee of £50 and deducted from the deposit or invoiced.

We understand items can accidentally get damaged or broken, please do advise us before your check out of any breakages or damage. This greatly assists in the swift return of your deposit and an efficient turnaround for our next guests.

Please ensure the apartment is left as you found it, if the apartment is not left in a reasonable state then extra cleaning costs and rectification costs incurred will deducted from the key and damage deposit

For your Comfort

We are happy to provide bed linen, towels and tea towels free of charge for your stay. There will be a weekly maid service; the apartment will be cleaned along with a fresh linen and towel change.

Cancellation policy

All changes to your bookings and cancellation notifications must be confirmed in writing via email.

Seven days prior to arrival (Cancellations must be received in writing before 1pm) Full refund minus 25% of the deposit payment.

Less than 7 days notice : 100% of the rental cost will be charged. Security deposit will be returned.

In the unlikely event of the apartment becoming unavailable for your booking we will refund the rental and deposit costs paid.

Liability and Insurance.

The stay at the property and use of its contents and equipment is entirely at the guests risk. We accept no responsibility by us for loss or damage to belongings and Injury to a guest whilst in our property.

Please ensure your insurance and travel insurance is up to date and provides adequate cover.
